What is charm pricing?
Charm pricing uses psychological pricing tactics to make prices more appealing. Our system automatically applies tier-appropriate pricing:
- Entry & Mid tier (under $50K): Prices end in 95 or 995 (e.g., $4,995, $24,995). This makes prices feel significantly lower psychologically.
- Upper-mid tier ($50K-$100K): Prices round to clean $5,000 intervals (e.g., $50,000, $55,000, $60,000). This creates a smooth transition to premium pricing while maintaining professional presentation.
- Premium tier ($100K+): Round milestone numbers convey prestige, using $5,000 or $10,000 intervals (e.g., $100,000, $150,000, $200,000).
- Asian market pricing: When enabled, all prices end in 88 or 888 regardless of tier (e.g., $4,888, $52,888, $158,888). The number 8 is considered highly auspicious in Chinese culture, symbolizing prosperity and wealth.
