What happens to unused credits?
Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, credits you purchase separately with credit packs never expire as long as you maintain an active subscription. The discount rates on additional credits vary by plan tier, with higher plans offering better rates.
What credit packages are available?
We offer 6 credit packages with volume discounts. All packages are available to paid subscribers:
- 100 credits: $25 ($0.25/credit)

How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Here's how:

Switching from Monthly to Annual
Most users prefer annual billing for the 20% savings:

- Professional Plan: Save $120/year ($49.99/mo → $479.88/year instead of $599.88)
- Business Plan: Save $240/year ($99.99/mo → $959.88/year instead of $1,199.88)

Proration: When switching to annual, you'll receive credit for any unused time on your monthly subscription. Stripe automatically calculates the prorated amount.
Switching from Annual to Monthly
If you need more flexibility:
- Your annual subscription will be converted to monthly billing
- Remaining time on your annual subscription will be credited
- Monthly billing begins at the next billing date
- You can cancel monthly plans at any time
