Annual subscriptions offer significant savings:

Yes, you have full control over your subscription:

• Upgrade: Immediate access to new features and credits
• Downgrade: Takes effect at next billing cycle
• Cancel: Access continues until end of current period
• Switch billing frequency: Change between monthly and annual plans
• Pause: Temporarily suspend billing (contact support)

Lifetime Access plans cannot be cancelled — they are permanent, one-time purchases with no recurring billing. There is nothing to cancel. If you need assistance with a Lifetime plan, contact support@appraise.net.

Credits never expire. They remain in your account whether you have an active subscription or not. However, an active subscription or Lifetime Membership is required to use them. If you cancel and later resubscribe, your credits will be there waiting. Credits you purchase separately with credit packs also never expire. The discount rates on additional credits vary by plan tier, with higher plans offering better rates.

Lifetime Access members: Your credits never expire and do not require an active subscription to use. They remain in your account indefinitely.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Here's how:

Switching from Monthly to Annual

Most users prefer annual billing for the 20% savings:

Switching from Annual to Monthly

If you need more flexibility:

• Your annual subscription will be converted to monthly billing
• Remaining time on your annual subscription will be credited
• Monthly billing begins at the next billing date
• You can cancel monthly plans at any time

What Happens During the Switch?

• No Service Interruption: Your credits and access remain unaffected
• Immediate Update: The switch happens instantly in Stripe
• Automatic Proration: Fair billing based on timing of the switch
• Credits Preserved: All unused credits remain in your account

Lifetime Access plans are one-time purchases that give you permanent access to Appraise.net without any recurring charges. Unlike subscriptions, there are no monthly fees and no monthly credit allocations — you simply buy credit packs whenever you need them.

• No recurring charges: Pay once, access forever
• No monthly credits: You buy credit packs when you need them
• Credits never expire: Unlike subscription credits which require an active subscription to use, Lifetime credits remain available indefinitely
• Cannot be cancelled: This is a permanent, one-time purchase
• Replaces existing subscription: If you have an active subscription, purchasing Lifetime Access will replace it
