What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If your subscription payment fails, we understand that sometimes these things happen. Here's our fair and transparent grace period process: 14-Day Grace Period When a payment fails, your subscription enters a "past due" status. During this 14-day period: Your credits remain fully usable - Continue using the service normally We'll send you email reminders to update your payment method Stripe will automatically retry your payment a few times Days 14-30: Suspension Period If payment isn't received within 14 days: Your subscription will be suspended Your credits will be frozen (not lost yet!) What determines my credit pricing?

Your credit pricing depends on two factors: Subscription plan: Determines which credit tiers you can access Purchase quantity: Larger quantities unlock better per-credit pricing Plan discounts: Some plans include additional discounts on credit purchases Subscription Plan Discounts: Professional: 15% additional discount on credit purchases Business: 20% additional discount on credit purchases Enterprise: 25% additional discount on credit purchases These discounts apply on top of the tier pricing shown above.

Why is my subscription suspended?

Your subscription has been suspended because payment hasn't been received for 14 or more days. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We want to reassure you that Appraise.net never stores or has access to your credit card details. When you enter your payment information, it goes directly to Stripe, our payment processor, through their secure checkout system. We only receive a confirmation that the payment was successful - your actual card number, CVV, and other sensitive details are never visible to us or stored on our servers. Stripe is one of the world's most trusted payment platforms, processing billions of dollars for companies like Amazon, Google, Shopify, and millions of other businesses. They maintain the highest security standards: PCI DSS Level 1 certification - The highest level of payment security certification in the industry Bank-level encryption - Advanced encryption and security measures protect all transactions Fraud detection and prevention - Sophisticated algorithms protect against unauthorized charges Support for all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more Alternative payment methods - Amazon Pay and other secure options available at checkout Additional security options: You'll notice in the checkout that you can use alternative payment methods like Amazon Pay if you prefer, which adds another layer of separation since you'd be authenticating through Amazon's system rather than entering card details directly.

How can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

You can access receipts and invoices for all your payments in several ways: From Your Subscription Page Visit your Subscription page and look for the Receipts & Invoices section in the sidebar. You will see a list of all your past payments with a "View" link next to each one. Clicking this opens a detailed invoice you can view, print, or save as PDF. From Payment Confirmation Emails Every time a payment is processed (subscription renewal or credit pack purchase), you will receive an email with a View & Print Receipt button. This opens your Stripe-hosted invoice which includes all transaction details. What is Included on the Receipt Date of payment Amount charged Description of the purchase (plan name or credit pack) Any discounts applied Payment method used (last 4 digits of card) Unique invoice number For Business or Tax Purposes The Stripe-hosted invoices are professional receipts suitable for expense reporting, tax records, and accounting purposes. You can print them or save as PDF using your browser print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P). If you need a receipt for a past purchase and cannot find it, please contact support@appraise.net with your account email and approximate purchase date.

How do I get access to credit packs?

All subscription plans have access to all credit pack tiers (100+ credits):

Any paid subscription (Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise) unlocks all credit tiers
Purchase larger packs for better per-credit pricing (up to 64% savings)
Consider annual billing for 20% subscription savings
All credit pack purchases never expire while your subscription is active

Tip: Business and Enterprise subscribers often save more on credit purchases than the cost of upgrading their subscription.

Lifetime Access members (both $399 and $599 tiers) qualify for Business-level credit pack access, including the 25,000 and 50,000 credit packs.
