This opens your browser's print dialog where you can save a clean, professional PDF report that includes: Full valuation with estimated range All 6 pricing strategies expanded Strengths and weaknesses analysis Market analysis and comparable sales The PDF can be emailed or shared with anyone -- no login required for them to view it. Share Link Click the "Share" button to copy the appraisal link. Note that viewing an appraisal via link requires: The recipient must have an Appraise.net account They must purchase access to view the appraisal (1 credit) For sharing with potential buyers or colleagues who don't have accounts, we recommend the Save as PDF option.
