Why is my subscription suspended?

Your subscription has been suspended because payment hasn't been received for 14 or more days.

What This Means

  • Your credits have been frozen - they're not lost, just inaccessible
  • You cannot use appraisal features until payment is made
  • Credits never expire. An active subscription or Lifetime Membership is required to use them

How to Restore Your Subscription

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter a valid payment method
  4. Your subscription and credits will be restored immediately

Important Timeline

If payment isn't received within 30 days of the original failed payment:

  • Your subscription will be permanently cancelled
  • Credits remain in your account but require an active subscription or Lifetime Membership to use
