Why is my subscription suspended?
Your subscription has been suspended because payment hasn't been received for 14 or more days.
What This Means
- Your credits have been frozen - they're not lost, just inaccessible
- You cannot use appraisal features until payment is made
- Credits never expire. An active subscription or Lifetime Membership is required to use them
How to Restore Your Subscription
- Go to your Subscription page
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter a valid payment method
- Your subscription and credits will be restored immediately
Important Timeline
If payment isn't received within 30 days of the original failed payment:
- Your subscription will be permanently cancelled
- Credits remain in your account but require an active subscription or Lifetime Membership to use
